Private desktop utility

Codex Mirrors

Codex Mirrors is a private, single-user desktop utility used by the domain owner to copy user-authorized local files into a dedicated Google Drive hierarchy.

The utility uses Google Drive's limited drive.file permission. This allows it to work with files and folders that it creates or that the user explicitly authorizes for the application.

Codex Mirrors does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or make it available to unrelated third parties.

The operational utility runs locally on the user's computer and uses rclone to communicate with the user's Google Drive account after the user grants permission.
